如何实现更高质量的职业指导——对旅游专业中职生就业问题及对应措施的思考

2011年,我国职业教育正在从以规模发展为重转向现代职业教育体系建设,这既是对职业教育增强服务经济社会能力的关注与要求,更是对学生未来发展的期望与诉求。而中职旅游专业毕业生在服务社会就业过程中却存在着许多不容忽视的问题如学生缺乏正确的就业观、综合素质低,心理素质跟不上、稳定性差等现象。笔者针对这些问题进行了思考并从职业指导角度提出几点措施:引导学生树立合理的就业理念,增强学生职业综合素质能力,强化学生的就业心理教育,提高中职毕业生的就业质量,促进学校和学生的长足发展。 In 2011, vocational education in our country is shifting from the scale development to the construction of modern vocational education system. This is not only the concern and demand for enhancing the economic and social capabilities of vocational education, but also the expectation and demand for the students’ future development. However, there are many problems that can not be neglected, such as the lack of correct employment concept, low comprehensive quality, poor psychological quality and poor stability in the process of employment for secondary vocational students. The author thinks about these problems and puts forward some measures from the perspective of career guidance: guiding students to establish reasonable employment concept, enhancing the comprehensive quality of students ’occupations, strengthening students’ employment psychology education, improving the employment quality of secondary vocational school graduates and promoting schools And the rapid development of students.
