目的对因食入自制臭豆腐后,引起家庭内食物中毒的病因进行检测。方法按中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T4789·12-2003《食品卫生微生物学检验肉毒梭菌及肉毒毒素检验》方法,对食物中毒的样品用小白鼠进行肉毒毒素检测。结果测定自制臭豆腐中存在B型肉毒毒素,毒力大致为1 000~10 000 MLD/ml的范围。结论根据试验结果查明了中毒原因,为事故的调查提供了依据。
Objective To detect the etiology of domestic food poisoning caused by eating homemade stinky tofu. Methods According to the national standard of People’s Republic of China GB / T4789.12-2003, “Food Hygiene Microbiology Clostridium botulinum and botulinum toxin test” method, the food poisoning samples with botulinum toxin detection in mice. Results The presence of botulinum toxin type B in home-made stinky tofu was approximately in the range of 1 000 to 10 000 MLD / ml. Conclusion According to the test results, the cause of poisoning was identified, which provided the basis for the investigation of the accident.
