一、根据中国水利学会章程规定,决定于1985年4月在西安召开陕西省水利学会第三次代表会议。二、会议的主要任务是:总结省水利学会第二次代表会议以来的工作,贯彻党的十二届三中全会以及省科协、中国水利学会有关会议精神,研究确定今后工作任务。三、会议的议程是:1.传达省科协、中国水利学会有关会议精神:2.审议省水利学会第二届理事会的工作报告;3.讨论学会工作改革,研究开创学会工作新局面问题;4.选举省水利学会第三届理事会,调正各专业委员会。
First, according to the regulations of the Chinese Academy of Hydraulic Engineering, decided in April 1985 held in Xi’an in Shaanxi Province Institute of Hydraulic the third meeting. Second, the meeting’s main tasks are: to summarize the work since the second meeting of the Provincial Association of Water Conservancy, implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Central Committee and the Provincial Association for Science and Technology, and the China Institute of Hydraulic Research to determine the future tasks. Third, the meeting’s agenda is: 1. To convey the Provincial Association for science and technology, China Institute of Hydraulic Conference on the spirit of the meeting: 2. To consider the provincial Water Conservancy Institute of the second session of the Council’s work report; 3. Discuss the reform of the Institute to study and create a new situation of the Institute ; 4. elect the third council of Provincial Institute of Water Resources, adjust the professional committees.
