目标:建设“数字化卫勤”中共中央、国务院于2009年正式发布了《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》和《国务院关于印发医药卫生体制改革近期重点实施方案(2009-2011)的通知》,把卫生信息化建设作为深化医改的八大支撑之一,要求建立实用共享的医药卫生信息系统,大力推进医药卫生信息化建设。为适应新医改形势下的卫生信息化建设需求,前卫生部在充分借鉴国内外经验的基础上,研究提出了“十二五”期间卫生信息化建设的总体框架。
