SIAH(seven in absentia homologue)蛋白作为重要的E3泛素连接酶,可以识别多种不同的底物蛋白,使其泛素化降解。SIAH底物蛋白种类繁多,SIAH蛋白可参与多种组织信号传导通路,在细胞周期调控、细胞分化、细胞凋亡、肿瘤发生及多种神经退行性疾病过程中均发挥重要作用。目前,SIAH蛋白的作用机制或靶点大多尚不明确,对SIAH蛋白作用机制及靶点等的进一步研究可为多种疾病的预防及临床治疗提供必要的信息。
SIAH (seven in absentia homologue) protein as an important E3 ubiquitin ligase, can recognize a variety of different substrate proteins, making it ubiquitinated degradation. SIAH substrate protein variety, SIAH protein can participate in a variety of tissue signaling pathways, in cell cycle regulation, cell differentiation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis and a variety of neurodegenerative diseases play an important role in the process. At present, most of the mechanisms or targets of SIAH proteins are still unclear. Further studies on the mechanisms and targets of SIAH proteins may provide necessary information for the prevention and clinical treatment of various diseases.
