随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人才市场的结构不断变化,市场对人才的需求量也不断增加。我国的高职院校作为专门的职业技术教育学院,它在国家宏观调控的基础上进行自主招生,同时它们要以省级政府调查的社会实际需求与高职院校所在地区的经济实力为基础,毕业后学校会颁发相关的高职院校毕业证书。高职院校的学生不同于普通高等教育的大学生,他们是特殊的一个群体,需要社会予以高度关注,所以,高职班主任要加强高校德育工作,全面提升高职院校学生的综合素质。
