民族事务翻译人才是我国民族文化工作的重要生产力。翻译人才从高等院校毕业进入从事民族事务翻译工作的机构之后,还不能适应民族事务翻译工作的需要。翻译组织必须不断地对民族事务翻译人才进行持续的在岗继续教育,以提高他们的翻译技能。翻译技能是一种隐性知识,共享难度大。民族事务翻译组织可通过营造良好的组织文化环境、合理安排译员配置、让客户参与翻译活动来实现隐性知识共享,以实现对翻译人才进行有效的继续教育的目标。
Ethnic affairs translators are the important productive forces in our nation’s cultural work. After graduating from institutions of higher learning to enter institutions engaged in the translation of ethnic affairs, translators can not yet meet the needs of the translation work of ethnic affairs. Translation organizations must continually continue to provide on-the-job continuing education to ethnic translators in order to improve their translation skills. Translation skills is a tacit knowledge, sharing difficult. The ethnic affairs translation organization can realize the goal of effective continuing education for translators by creating a good organizational and cultural environment, arranging the translators’ arrangement reasonably, and allowing clients to participate in translation activities so as to realize tacit knowledge sharing.
