笔者认为,企业文化是伴随着企业的创设、生产、发展、壮大而衍生出来的,具有自身特点的经营宗旨、经营观念、传统习惯、精神风貌和相应的行为准则、规章制度,即企业的精神文化属性。广义上讲,企业文化是一个企业创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和。企业文化与社会文化、校园文化、军营文化、农村文化等一样,具有其鲜明的时代特性,反映一种社会制度下,一定时期,一定阶段的经济、政治、文化发展水平。在一些所占地区经济份额较大的企业,如果企业自身的发展速度较快,其文化带动作用发挥较好,就会直接或间接影响周围的社区或部门,包括居民的文化活动的程度和状况。

In some enterprises with a large share of the regional economy, if the enterprise’s own development speed is faster, its cultural role will play a better role, it will directly or indirectly affect the surrounding communities or departments, including the degree and status of residents’ cultural activities. .
