农用机井是亳州市谯城区农田灌溉的主要基础设施。本文在分析该区农用机井建设现状与问题的基础上,提出强化机井建设与管理,按基建程序进行机井建设管理、机井运行管理采用市场化运作机制的对策与措施。 Agricultural machine wells are the main infrastructure for farmland irrigation in Yuncheng District of Bozhou. Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems of the construction of agricultural shaft in the area, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to strengthen the construction and management of the shaft, manage the construction of the shaft according to the infrastructure construction procedure, and apply the market-oriented operation mechanism to the operation management of the shaft.
