目的:通过在手术室实行分层管理前后护理质量的比较,探讨分层管理在手术室护理工作中的重要作用。方法:在2014年5~10月期间松阳县人民医院对手术室的护士没有进行分层管理,期间收治患者200例,为管理前,另在2014年11月~2015年4月期间对手术室的护士进行分层管理,期间收治患者200例为管理后。管理前按常规程序进行手术室护理管理工作,管理后以分层管理对手术室护理工作进行管理,比较管理前后患者手术过程中的护理差错事件发生率,并比较管理前后手术医生、患者对手术中护理工作的满意度情况。结果:管理前后患者手术过程中的护理差错事件发生率具有显著性差异(P<0.05),管理后明显低于管理前;管理前后手术医生、患者对手术中护理工作的满意度同样具有显著性差异(P<0.05),管理后明显高于管理前。结论:实行分层管理后,手术室护理工作中的安全缺陷显著减少,其护理质量和护理管理水平均得到明显的提升,手术医生、患者的护理满意度也有了显著的提升,提示采用手术室护士分层管理的措施是切实可行的,是提高手术室整体护理质量的重要途径。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the important role of strata management in the nursing of the operating room by comparing the quality of care before and after stratification management in the operating room. Methods: During the period from May to October 2014, Songyang County People’s Hospital conducted no operation on nurses in the operating room. During the period, from May to October 2014, 200 patients were admitted to the operation room. Results: The incidence of nursing mistakes in the patients before and after operation was significantly different (P <0.05), and was significantly lower after management than before management; the satisfaction of the surgeons and patients before and after the operation was also significant Difference (P <0.05), after management was significantly higher than before management. Conclusion: After the implementation of stratified management, safety defects in operating room nursing work significantly reduced, the nursing quality and nursing management level have been significantly improved, surgeons, patients satisfaction with the care has also been significantly improved, suggesting that the use of the operating room Nurses stratified management measures is feasible and is an important way to improve the overall quality of operating room care.
