通过突发公共卫生事件应急预案演练提高急救中心对突发事件的处置能力

目的通过对突发公共卫生事件应急预案的演练提高急救中心对突发事件的处置能力。方法每年对医务人员采用确立内容,制订计划、演练方案、配置角色、现场模拟实景实施急救等步骤进行突发公共卫生事件应急预案学习和模拟仿真急救演练,演练结束后对预案总结、分析、修订。结果使所有医务人员的突发公共卫生事件处置能力、综合急救能力和抢救成功率得到了提高,并成功完成了多起突发公共事件的救援,获得了良好的社会和经济效益。结论突发公共卫生事件应急预案的演练是一种有效的方法,使得急救中心对突发事件的处置能力得到了极大的提高。 Objective To improve the ability of emergency center to deal with unexpected incidents by rehearsing emergency plan of public health emergencies. Methods Every year, the emergency response plan of emergency public health emergencies and first aid drills of simulation were carried out on the basis of the establishment of medical staffs, establishment of plans, exercise plans, configuration roles and on-site simulation of first aid. After the exercises, the plans were summarized, analyzed and revised . As a result, all medical personnel have been able to improve public health emergencies handling capacity, comprehensive emergency capacity and rescue success rate, and have successfully completed many public emergency rescue operations and obtained good social and economic benefits. Conclusion The practice of contingency plans for emergent public health emergencies is an effective way to improve the ability of emergency centers to dispose of emergencies.
