采用半固态机械搅拌法制备SiC_p含量(质量分数)高于40%的SiC_p/A356复合材料,测试了材料的密度,观察了材料的组织形貌特征。结果表明,粒度为15μm的SiC_p经过特殊处理后,可以制备SiC_p含量高于40%的SiC_p/A356复合材料,且无明显团聚现象;随着SiC_p含量从41%增加到43%,复合材料的密度从2.714g/cm3下降到2.615g/cm3,但下降趋势不完全呈线性关系。试验材料的增强相颗粒与基体结合良好,无明显的界面反应。采用半固态机械搅拌法制备SiC_p含量高于40%的SiC_p/A356复合材料是可行的。
SiC_p / A356 composites with SiC_p content (mass fraction) higher than 40% were prepared by semi-solid mechanical stirring method. The density of the material was tested and the morphology of the material was observed. The results show that SiC_p with 15μm particle size can be prepared by special treatment, SiC_p / A356 composites with more than 40% SiCp can be prepared without obvious agglomeration. With the increase of SiC_p content from 41% to 43%, the density of the composites From 2.714g / cm3 down to 2.615g / cm3, but the downward trend is not completely linear. The reinforcing particles of the test materials are well bonded with the matrix and have no obvious interfacial reaction. It is feasible to fabricate SiC_p / A356 composites with SiC_p content higher than 40% by semi-solid mechanical stirring.
