将60名存在不同程度学习倦怠的中学生分成A、B两组,每组各30人,A组按照试验要求有规律的进行太极拳锻炼,B组维持原本的生活学习状态,不做任何干预。将实验前后的学习倦怠程度检测得分进行统计分析,组间差异性采用t检验。结果显示:经过太极拳锻炼的中学生学习倦怠水平明显降低,且学习成绩均有提高。而对照组中学生学习倦怠水平略有提高,其学习成绩也略有下降。太极拳锻炼能有效治疗和预防中学生学习倦怠,并对中学生的学习成绩起到积极的影响。
A total of 60 middle school students with different degrees of learning burnout were divided into two groups A and B. Each group had 30 students in each group. Group A exercised Taijiquan regularly according to the test requirements. Group B maintained the original learning and living condition without any intervention. Before and after the experiment burnout degree test scores for statistical analysis, the difference between groups using t test. The result shows that the level of learning fatigue of middle school students who have been trained in Taijiquan obviously decreases, and the academic performance has improved. While the control group of middle school students a slight increase in the level of learning burnout, their academic performance also declined slightly. Taiji exercise can effectively treat and prevent middle school students’ learning burnout, and have a positive impact on the academic performance of middle school students.
