一、硅基导模量子集成光学芯片研制成功7月份,中国科技大学郭光灿院士领导的中科院量子信息重点实验室任希锋研究组与浙江大学戴道锌教授合作,首次研制成功硅基导膜量子集成芯片,他们在硅光子集成芯片上利用硅纳米光波导中不同的能量传输模式,作为量子信息编码的新维度,实现了单光子态和量子纠缠态在偏振、路径、波导模式等不同自由度之间的相干转换,其干涉可见度均超过90%,为集成量子光学芯片上光子多个自由度的操纵和转换提供了重要实验依据。
