观察蝙蝠葛碱对20例冠心病患者血小板聚集和血浆6-酮-前列腺素F_1a(6-Keto-PGF_1α)和血栓素B_2(TXB_2)生成的影响。结果表明:蝙蝠葛碱在体内外均能抑制冠心病患者的血小板聚集,其作用可能与抑制血小板TXA_2生成有关;蝙蝠葛碱还能抑制冠心病患者血浆TXA_2生成(服药前为339.80±15.99ng/L,服药后为147.17±10.11ng/L,P<0.01),而对6-Keto-PGF_1α生成无影响(服药前为148.50±7.98ng/L,服药后为156.75±10.33ng/L,P>0.05);并可使TXA_2-PGI_2平衡发生改变。
Observed the effect of dauricine on platelet aggregation and plasma 6-keto-prostaglandin F_1a (6-Keto-PGF_1α) and thromboxane B_2 (TXB_2) production in 20 patients with coronary heart disease. The results showed that dauricine inhibited platelet aggregation in patients with coronary heart disease both in vitro and in vivo, and its effect may be related to the inhibition of platelet TXA 2 production; dauricine also inhibited plasma TXA 2 production in patients with coronary heart disease (pretreatment 339.80±15.99ng/ L, 147.17±10.11 ng/L, P<0.01 after drug administration, but no effect on 6-Keto-PGF_1α production (148.50±7.98 ng/L before drug administration and 156.75±10.33 ng/L after drug administration, P> 0.05); and can make TXA_2-PGI_2 balance change.
