中央档案馆从去年开始,进行了向个人征集革命历史文件资料的工作。向个人收集革命历史文件资料,虽然比向机关的收集要复杂些,但也决不像“海底捞针”那么困难。事在人为,只要情况明,决心大,办法好,就可以作好这件事。自去年二月我们在中央各机关加强收集工作以来,深深体会到了这一点。由于我们普遍发动中央机关的档案工作同志开展征集工作,他们一方面在本机关档案、图书、刊物中进行了彻底的查找,同时还向某些个人进行了收集,结果,许许多多的革命历史文件资料被发现了,被收集来了;许许多多的老革命同志,把自己收藏已久的珍贵的革命历史文稿直接交给中央档案馆了。例如中央水利电力部和对外贸易部等二十多个建国后成立的机关,他们的档案室、资料室内本来没有革命历史文件资料,但是因他们注意了向个人收集,因而收
