The second phase of the Daxing project of Beijing Intel IKEA Shopping Center contracted by Beijing Urban Construction Group, with a total construction area of 500,000 m2 and a single-floor area of 90,000 m2, is currently the largest single-unit building under construction in China. The Project Department aims at the characteristics of project owners and project management companies which are wholly foreign-owned enterprises, as well as the construction of international projects and their own teams in China. The project management mode and management process are strictly carried out in accordance with the European model.
