由于用人单位招聘期望与应届学生就业期望不一致,在就业难的同时,很多用人单位仍然存在很多招不到人的空缺职位。本文立足于学生的个性差异,研究了以用人单位关注的职业能力为评价方向,基于课程的学生能力评价系统,为用人单位和就业学生之间建立了一个新的就业招聘平台,并分析了能力评价系统的作用。
