从广义而言,所有能在分子或生物学水平阻滞雌激素作用的甾体或非甾体化合物,均称为抗雌激素(Antiestrogens)。甾体激素的实际治疗用途,并非利用其抗雌激素活性,故本文不加以讨论。非甾体化合物中具有抗雌激素活性的化学结构包括:乙烷类(MER-25)、乙烯类(氯蔗酚胺、ON 55945-27)、丁烯类(ICI 46474,47699)、茚类(U-11555A)、双氢萘类(U-10520,U-11100A)、四氢萘类和芪类(DMS)。本文将对其中 tamoxifene(ICI46474)、nafoxidine(U-11100A)、centchroman(67/20 Chroman)和氯菧酚胺(Clomiphene,MRL-41)作较详细
In a broad sense, all steroidal or non-steroidal compounds that block the effects of estrogen at the molecular or biological level are termed antiestrogens. The actual therapeutic use of steroid hormones, rather than their anti-estrogenic activity, is not discussed in this article. Chemical structures that have antiestrogenic activity in non-steroidal compounds include ethane (MER-25), ethene (sucralose, ON 55945-27), butenes (ICI 46474, 47699) (U-11555A), dihydronaphthalenes (U-10520, U-11100A), tetrahydronaphthalenes and stilbenes (DMS). In this paper, the tamoxifene (ICI46474), nafoxidine (U-11100A), centchroman (67/20 Chroman) and Clomiphene (MRL-41)
