河南省广播电视发射塔基础工程施工中采用大直径超长钻孔灌注桩及桩底和桩侧后注浆施工技术。根据工程难点和设计参数,介绍该塔基础施工中桩侧及桩端的后注浆施工工艺和施工方案,提出施工质量保证措施。结果表明:基础施工后注浆技术解决了钻孔灌注桩桩底后注浆的施工和质量控制要求,达到了后注浆技术改善桩端持力层和桩周土的状况、提高桩的端承力和桩侧摩阻力的效果,使桩的综合承载力得到大幅度提高,同时有效地控制了桩基沉降。
Application of Large Diameter Bored and Grouted Piles and Post - grouting Construction Technology at Bottom and Side of Pile in Henan Radio and Television Transmission Tower Foundation Project. According to the engineering difficulties and design parameters, the post-grouting construction technology and construction scheme of pile side and pile end in the tower foundation construction are introduced, and the construction quality assurance measures are put forward. The results show that the grouting technology after foundation construction solves the construction and quality control requirements of post-grouting bored pile bottom and achieves the post-grouting technology to improve the condition of pile-holding layer and soil around the pile, The bearing capacity and pile side friction resistance effect make the comprehensive bearing capacity of pile increase greatly, meanwhile effectively control the settlement of pile foundation.
