羊年夏末,北京人民艺术剧院的舞台上出现了一台《海鸥》。俄国作家契诃夫的这部诞生于一个世纪以前的名作,自斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基将它搬上莫斯科艺术剧院的舞台获得成功以来,已在俄罗斯和世界舞台上上演过千百场了。有幸的是,“北京人艺”去年请来了莫斯科艺术剧院的艺术总监(总导演)奥·叶弗列莫夫来中国执导这出《海鸥》。莫斯科艺术剧院素以排演古典名作享誉原苏联戏剧界,而叶弗列莫夫奉献给中国观众的这出《海鸥》,却出乎人意料地对以往再现契诃夫的模式有所突破,以其新颖的时空处理、流畅的舞台节奏,给观众以独到的艺术享受,获得了首都戏剧界的强烈反响和赞誉。
