一、前言配流盘是轴向柱塞泵的配流机构,它要承受转子体传来的数值很大而且是周期性变化的轴向载荷,同时又和转子体之间作相对高速滑动。它的设计合理与否,对泵的性能,特别是效率、温升、磨损和寿命,影响很大。目前对配流盘的设计,普通采用的是剩余压紧力设计法。这种方法的实质,是使除配流盘产生的流体静压力平衡掉大部分转子体的轴向载荷(压紧力)外,还使转子体对配流盘存在着一定的剩余压紧力,保持转子体在任何负载下始终紧压在配流盘上,以实现配
I. INTRODUCTION The flow control plate is an axial piston pump with a flow distribution mechanism. It has to bear the large and periodic axial load transmitted by the rotor body, and at the same time make relatively high-speed sliding between the rotor body.
