在我国,班主任在以班级授课制为常态教学组织形式的中小学校中发挥着重要的教育与管理作用。他们的工作内容与工作方法常常体现出相当的专业性和整体性,一般是不可以被随意取代和简单分割的。本文拟就近年来中小学班主任在管理工作中面临的困境提出相应的解决路径。
In our country, the teacher in charge of class plays an important role of education and management in the elementary and middle schools which take the classroom teaching system as the normal teaching organization. Their job content and working methods often show considerable professionalism and integrity, generally can not be replaced at will and simply divided. This article intends to put forward corresponding solutions to the predicament faced by primary and secondary school teachers in management in recent years.
