在老企业改造中,因设备更新或位置改变,常须重做设备基础。因此在改造工程中的设备基础工程量往往占据较大的比重。笔者认为,在一些实际工程中,对于许多荷载不大的、冲击和振动不严重的设备基础,可以改变现有大块式基础的习惯,而采用材料和劳动力消耗少的基础形式代替。例如,昆明钢铁公司引进的西德小方坯连铸机,为中间罐和渣罐存放修砌用的台架基础,灌注桩用人工成孔的设备基础,剖面如图1所示。该基础全部置于老回填土上,已经正常使用4年。其它还在机床、水泵和小卷扬机基础上采用过。
In the old enterprise transformation, due to equipment renewal or change of location, it is often necessary to re-do equipment basics. Therefore, the amount of equipment infrastructure in the renovation project often occupies a large proportion. The author believes that in some practical projects, for many equipment foundations with little load, shocks and vibrations, the habit of existing large-scale foundations can be changed, and the basic forms of materials and labor consumption are replaced instead. For example, the West German billet caster introduced by Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a foundation for the storage of temporary and slag tanks. The foundation is all placed on the old backfill and has been in normal use for 4 years. Others have also been used on the basis of machine tools, water pumps and small hoists.
