我校食用菌研究工作的宗皆,是为筛选、培育各种适于我省栽培的优良菌种,为生产和研究单位提供菌种;也为扶助山区农民“脱贫”而提供原种或栽培种。自从1986年3月调整和加强研究组织之后,除了原已筛选出的黑木耳、平菇优良菌种,继续进行繁殖外,又对猴头、香菇、草菇进行了试生产,从中评选出优良菌株,以期为菇农服务。自3月至6月初,已经生产猴头两批,产鲜菇18公斤,最大的鲜重160.5克,一般
