用简捷-ELISA在洞庭湖血吸虫病重度流行区(居民感染率>15%)1个乡的3所学校,对学龄儿童血吸虫病进行了筛检,并与Kato-Katz法和尼龙绢集卵孵化法作了比较。结果表明,简捷-ELISA的阳性检出率明显高于两种寄生虫学检查方法。经济学分析表明,简捷-ELISA的单位成本,成本与效果之比均低于此两种寄生虫学检查方法,显示了较高的成本效率。用简捷-ELISA筛检学龄儿童血吸虫病具有高效、经济、快速的特点。
Strains of schistosomiasis in school-age children were screened by simple-ELISA in three schools of 1 township in the endemic area of Dongting Lake schistosomiasis (resident infection rate> 15%) and hatched with Kato-Katz method and nylon silk sprout Law made a comparison. The results showed that the positive detection rate of Simple-ELISA was significantly higher than the two parasitological methods. Economic analysis shows that the simple unit-ELISA cost per unit, the cost-effectiveness ratio lower than the two parasite tests, showing a higher cost-effectiveness. Screening schistosomiasis in children of school age by simple-ELISA is efficient, economical and rapid.
