本文报道了采用脱氧缩合反应得到可溶于一般有机溶剂的聚对苯乙烯衍生物(ROPPV)的光电性质.材料先致发光光谱说明ROPPVR光峰在578mm在610nm处存在一个振动模式,以ROPPV作为发光层制备了发光二极管并对其特性进行了讨论.
In this paper, the optoelectronic properties of poly (p-styrene) derivatives (ROPPV), which are soluble in common organic solvents, are reported by means of deoxygenation condensation reaction. The PL spectra reveal that the ROPPVR peak has a vibrational mode at 578mm at 610nm, and the light-emitting diode with ROPPV as the luminescent layer has been prepared and its characteristics have been discussed.
