目的探讨非缺碘性因素对学龄儿童甲状腺容积的影响。方法检查8~10岁儿童甲状腺容积,比较身高、体重、年龄对甲状腺容积的影响。结果不同年龄组的儿童甲状腺容积有显著性差异;高组、胖组儿童的甲状腺容积明显高于矮组、瘦组;不同性别儿童的甲状腺容积无显著性差异;偏相关系数表明体重、年龄是影响甲状腺容积的本质因素;身高、年龄、体重三者的标准偏回归系数之比为1:1.2:3.1,体重对甲状腺容积的作用是身高的3.1倍,是年龄的2.7倍。结论评价学龄儿童甲状腺容积大小时应考虑体重、年龄等因素的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of non-iodine deficiency on thyroid volume in school-age children. Methods Thyroid volume was examined in children aged 8-10 years. The effects of height, weight and age on thyroid volume were compared. Results Thyroid volume in children of different age groups had significant difference. Thyroid volume in children in high and fat group was significantly higher than that in short group and lean group. There was no significant difference in thyroid volume between children of different sex. Partial correlation coefficient showed that body weight and age were The essential factors that affect the thyroid volume are the standard partial regression coefficient of height, age and body weight ratio of 1: 1.2: 3.1. The effect of body weight on thyroid volume is 3.1 times of the height, which is the age of 2 .7 times. Conclusions The assessment of thyroid volume in school-age children should take into account factors such as body weight and age.
