制备金属玻璃的传统方法是熔体快速凝固。最近,人们提出了通过合金各组元间的固态反应直接由晶体转变成非晶体的新方法。该技术的出现,为开发更加丰富的亚稳相材料创造了新的途径,对于制取三维大尺寸的金属玻璃具有重大意义。本文综述了固态反应合成非晶体的方法和基本原理。
The traditional method of preparing metallic glass is rapid solidification of the melt. Recently, there has been proposed a new method of directly converting from crystal to non-crystal by the solid state reaction between the various components of the alloy. The emergence of this technology has created a new way for the development of more abundant metastable phase materials and is of great significance for the preparation of three-dimensional large-size metallic glass. This article reviews the methods and basic principles of solid state reaction for the synthesis of amorphous materials.
