目的:了解深圳市致死性交通事故的交通方式分布情况。方法:对深圳市2002~2004年致死性交通事故资料进行回顾性调查,重点整理和分析死亡人员的交通方式分布情况。结果两年共发生2049起致死性交通事故造成2279人死亡,男性1578人,女性669人,年龄1岁~75岁,平均年龄29.2岁;死亡人员的交通方式的前三位为步行、摩托车、自行车;致死性交通事故的交通方式中步行事故第一,死亡895人;其次为肇事车司机死亡677人,主要是摩托车驾驶员死亡458人,客车司机死亡92人,货车司机死亡89人乘车,再次为乘客,死亡358人,非机动车驾驶员以自行车为主,死亡309人;弱势群体是交通伤害的主要受害者。结论深圳市创伤所造成的经济损失巨大,应加以重视和干预,减少创伤的发生。
Objective: To understand the distribution of traffic patterns in Shenzhen fatal traffic accidents. Methods: A retrospective survey of fatal traffic accident data from 2002 to 2004 in Shenzhen was conducted, focusing on the distribution of traffic patterns of deaths. Results A total of 2 049 fatal traffic accidents in 2 years resulted in 2,279 deaths, including 1578 males and 669 females, aged from 1 to 75 years old, with an average age of 29.2 years. Conclusion The trauma caused by Shenzhen has a huge economic loss. It should pay attention to and intervene to reduce the occurrence of trauma.
