目的分析台山市2006—2014年游泳池水质卫生状况,为做好游泳场所卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法2006—2014年采集台山市取得卫生许可证并正常开放的游泳池水样,采样时间为每年的6—8月,检测指标为细菌总数、大肠菌群、尿素、浑浊度、游离性余氯和pH值。结果2006—2014年共采集游泳池水样476份,各项指标全部合格的160份,总合格率为33.6%。各项指标的合格率分别为游离性余氯52.7%(251/476)、尿素61.6%(293/476)、大肠菌群78.2%(372/476)、细菌总数80.5%(383/476)、pH值85.3%(406/476)、浑浊度87.4%(416/476)。乡镇游泳池水质合格率为6.8%(6/88),城区游泳池水质合格率为39.7%(154/388),城区合格率高于乡镇(P<0.01)。结论台山市游泳池水质合格率偏低,今后必须加大对游泳场所的卫生监督、监测力度,尤其是加强对乡镇泳池的卫生监督。
Objective To analyze the sanitary status of swimming pool in Taishan City from 2006 to 2014 and provide a scientific basis for health management of swimming pool. Methods From 2006 to 2014, the water samples of swimming pool in Taishan City, which had obtained the health permit and were normally open, were collected. The sampling time was from June to August of each year. The detection indexes were total bacteria count, coliform bacteria, urea, turbidity, free residual chlorine and pH value. Results A total of 476 swimming pool water samples were collected from 2006 to 2014, of which 160 were all qualified. The total pass rate was 33.6%. The qualified rate of each index was 52.7% (251/476) of free residual chlorine, 61.6% (293/476) of urea, 78.2% (372/476) of coliform bacteria, 80.5% (383/476) of total bacteria, The pH value was 85.3% (406/476) and the turbidity was 87.4% (416/476). The passing rate of water quality of township swimming pool was 6.8% (6/88), the pass rate of urban swimming pool water quality was 39.7% (154/388), and the passing rate of urban area was higher than that of township (P <0.01). Conclusion Taishan City, the swimming pool water quality pass rate is low, in the future must increase the health supervision and monitoring of swimming places, in particular, to strengthen the health supervision of the township pool.
