全国人大代表蔡奇:尽快出台住房保障法低收入群众住房难问题目前比较突出,需要通过政府提供住房保障。就全国而言,需要通过高层次立法,进一步明确政府职责,将住房保障制度上升到法律层面,规定住房保障的对象、保障标准、保障资金的来源等,规范住房保障体系运作,所以制定住房保障法已是刻不容缓。 National People’s Congress Cai Qi: As soon as possible the introduction of housing security law Low-income people housing difficulties are more prominent, the need to provide housing security through the government.
