近年来国内锻造技术发展迅猛,锻造产品的质量在不断提高,特别是高速工具钢锻件质量的提升,使得越来越多的高性能刀具产品要求通过规范锻造工艺及检验标准来保证。为适应锻造技术的发展,有必要对以往的技术标准进行相应的修正与补充。现吸收、借鉴国内相应技术规范,并充分考虑高速工具钢锻造技术现状及发展趋势,从技术要求、检验方法、检查规则、标志及质量证明文件、锻件碳化物均匀度评级图标准等相应要素入手,对机械行业标准《高速工具钢锻件技术条件》进行编制修订。
