浦东开发开放以来，凭借得天独厚的地域优势、先试先行的政策优势、综合配套的经济优势和人才优势成功吸引了大量世界跨国公司的投资，并取得了显著成绩。作为跨世界的宏伟工程，新一轮浦东开发开放应当站在经济全球化的背景下，从发挥浦东的比较优势出发，进一步提高利用外资水平，大力吸引世界跨国公司，把浦东建设成为21世纪具有一流国际竞争力的新区。本文对新区跨国公司发展现状，对新区经济发展的意义和作用进行了系统回顾，并对今后新区利用外资、吸引跨国公司工作提出了整合性的思路和前瞻性的分析，相信能起到一定的参考和借鉴作用。 Since Pudong opened to the outside world, Pudong has successfully attracted a large number of investment from multinational corporations in the world by virtue of its advantaged geographical advantages, first preferential policy advantages and comprehensive economic and talent advantages and achieved remarkable results.
