目前,国外侦察卫星系统已经发展了几代,形成了成像侦察、电子侦察、海洋监视等卫星系统。在成像侦察卫星中,由于雷达成像侦察卫星可全天时、全天候工作,同时具有一定的穿透能力,能识别伪装,发现地下军事设施,所以受到航天大国的高度重视。其幅宽也较大,时间分辨率较高,这对全面观测战区、侦察全球性军事动态有重要的意义。此外,在运动目标识别等热点应用领域,雷达成像侦察卫星比光学成像侦察卫星具有更大的潜力。
At present, foreign reconnaissance satellite systems have been developed for generations, forming satellite systems such as imaging reconnaissance, electronic reconnaissance and marine surveillance. Among the imaging reconnaissance satellites, spacecraft are highly regarded by radar spacecraft because reconnaissance satellites can work all day, all weather, and at the same time, have penetrating ability to identify disguise and discover underground military facilities. Its wider width and higher temporal resolution are of great significance to the comprehensive observation of the theater of war and the detection of global military developments. In addition, radar imaging reconnaissance satellites have more potential than optical imaging reconnaissance satellites in hot spot applications such as motion target recognition.
