水情自动测报系统作为一种非工程防洪措施,在防洪减灾领域起着十分重要的作用。水情自动监测系统中,数据接收处理中心站是整个测报系统的核心,负责接收遥测数据并对其进行加工、处理、转发和对外提供发布、查询服务等,数据处理软件开发关系到整个遥测系统效益的实现。结合黄河防汛生产中水情测报系统建设,探讨了C/S模式和B/S模式的概念和特点,并对两种计算模式进行了比较。
