提出一种新的基于循环式径向剪切干涉术的波前重建算法 ,以此模拟计算了不同放大倍数下波前的还原结果与还原精度 ,得出不同放大倍数下采用本算法都能还原出原始波前且还原精度相差不大的结论。同时在基于伽利略望远系统的循环式径向剪切干涉仪上测量了激光系统输出中存在台阶结构的畸变波前 ,得出了与此基本一致的结论。
A new wavefront reconstruction algorithm based on cyclic radial shear interference is proposed, which can be used to simulate the reduction and reduction accuracy of wavefront under different magnifications.
