蛔虫性肠梗阻为儿科常见急腹症．笔者1995年3月－1997年3月，用自拟中药方治疗小儿蛔虫性肠梗阻11例．效果满意。1一般资料本组11例，男7例，女4例；最大年龄14岁，最小5岁，平均年龄7岁。2临床表现11例均有痛、呕、胀的症状，除1例有少量稀薄大便外，其余10例均有“闭证”症状 Roundworm intestinal obstruction is a common pediatric acute abdomen.
