本文研究在小剂量持续照射后,猕猴体细胞的细胞遗传学效应动力学。实验用2~7岁的10只猕猴,其中5只用~(137)Csγ线照射,剂量率为3.87微安/公斤,照射15小时30分钟,总剂量为7.97戈瑞。照射后经2、4、18、30和42个月检查骨髓细胞的细胞遗传学效应。分析了有40~43个染色体的细胞和多倍体。染色体重组的性质,用带有90倍的油浸物镜显微镜照相,然后进行排列。每组数据经统计学处理,其结果相同,x~2=0.13~4.05。
This article studies the cytogenetic dynamics of somatic cells in monkeys after sustained exposure to low doses. Ten macaques aged 2-7 years were enrolled. Five of them were irradiated with ~ (137) Csγ radiation at a dose rate of 3.87 μA / kg for 15 hours and 30 minutes with a total dose of 7.97 Gy. Cytogenetic effects of bone marrow cells were examined 2, 4, 8, 30 and 42 months after irradiation. We analyzed 40 to 43 chromosomes of cells and polyploidy. The chromosomal recombination properties were photographed with a 90x immersion objective microscope followed by permutation. Each group of data by the statistical processing, the results are the same, x ~ 2 = 0.13 ~ 4.05.
