目的:探讨雪灵芝提取物对HepG2.2.15细胞株HBsAg与HBeAg表达的影响。方法:应用HepG2.2.15细胞系培养系统检测雪灵芝提取物对HBsAg与HBeAg表达的影响。结果:雪灵芝醇提物和水提物各剂量组(50~400 mg/L)孵育HepG 2.2.15细胞株72、96h后抑制了HBsAg和HBeAg的表达(与正常对照组比较,P<0.01),并呈浓度和时间依赖性。其中雪灵芝醇提物在实验72、96h对HBeAg最大抑制率分别为63.2%和90.8%;雪灵芝水提取物在实验96 h对HBsAg和HBeAg的最大抑制率分别为52.5%和72.8%。结论:雪灵芝醇提物和水提物体外均有明显的抗乙肝病毒作用,但醇提物细胞毒性较大,而水提物作用确切且毒性较低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum extract on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG2.2.15 cell line. Methods: The HepG2.2.15 cell line culture system was used to detect the effect of Xuelingzhi extract on the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg. Results: HepG2.2.15 cell strains were inhibited by HBsAg and HBeAg expression in HepG 2.2.15 cell lines at different doses (50-400 mg/L) for each dose group (50-400 mg/L) (P<0.01 compared with the normal control group). ), and was concentration and time dependent. Among them, the maximum inhibitory rates of HBeAg in the extracts of Xuelingzi at 72 and 96 hours were 63.2% and 90.8%, respectively. The maximal inhibitory rates of the extracts of Xuelingzi in the experiment at 96 h were HBsAg and HBeAg were 52.5% and 72.8%, respectively. Conclusion: There are obvious anti-hepatitis B virus effects outside the alcohol extracts and water extracts of Xuelingzi, but the ethanol extracts have a higher cytotoxicity, while the water extracts have a definite effect and a low toxicity.
