针对目前在造纸过程仿真和用能分析中未能有效集成物流、能流和流分析的不足,基于序贯模块法,用面向对象、面向模式、数据库和可视化编程技术,设计并开发了一种全新的集成物流、能流和流衡算、显示、存储和分析的造纸过程仿真软件WinPAMS,实现了造纸过程的静态和动态仿真.主要从软件体系结构、抽象单元、数据库、界面、静态和动态仿真的实现等方面介绍了WinPAMS的设计和实现方法.应用案例表明,用WinPAMS易于仿真各种复杂的造纸过程,仿真结果与实际测量结果基本一致.通过对仿真流程操作条件的改变,便于实现用于用能优化的过程模拟.
