心理干预在老年腹外疝患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

目的 分析心理护理在老年腹外疝患者围手术期护理中的应用价值.方法 选取2018年1月~2020年12月于本院行手术治疗(疝无张力修补术)的67例老年腹外疝患者,以Excel数字表将其随机分为参照组(34例)、研究组(33例),均予以常规围术期护理,研究组于此基础上予以心理护理,均持续护理至出院.观察两组患者以下指标:①术后排便时间及住院时间;②心理状况;③并发症发生率情况;④护理满意度.结果 研究组患者的排便时间、住院时间均短于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05).护理后,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分情况,研究组低于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05).研究组患者并发症总发生率(0.00%)较参照组降低(14.71%),护理满意度(96.97%)较参照组(79.41%)升高,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 对老年腹外疝患者,予以针对性心理护理,成效显著,能改善患者的心理状况,促进手术恢复,减少并发症,提升满意度.“,”Objective To analyze the application value of psychological nursing in perioperative nursing of elderly patients with abdominal external hernia. Methods From January 2018 to December 2020, 67 cases of elderly patients with abdominal external hernia who underwent surgical treatment (tension-free hernioplasty) in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and study group (33 cases) with Excel digital table. They were given routine perioperative nursing, and the study group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine perioperative nursing until discharge. The following indexes were observed: ①postoperative defecation time and hospital stay; ②psychological status; ③the incidence of complications; ④nursing satisfaction. Results The defecation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). After nursing, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, with significant difference (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group(0.00%) was lower than that in the reference group (14.71%), the nursing satisfaction (96.97%) was higher than that in the reference group (79.41%), the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing for elderly patients with abdominal external hernia has significant effect, which can improve the psychological status of patients, promote the recovery of operation, reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
