目的探讨布地奈德治疗小儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)感染相关喘息的临床疗效及其对患儿血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取南平市浦城县医院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的RSV感染相关喘息患儿70例。按照随机数字表法将患儿分为研究组和对照组,各35例。对照组患儿进行常规治疗,研究组患儿在对照组基础上雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗,两组患儿均持续治疗7 d。比较两组患儿临床疗效、呼吸改善时间、喘息缓解时间及住院时间、血清炎性因子[白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素10(IL-10)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平]。结果研究组患儿临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿呼吸改善、喘息缓解及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组IL-4、IL-6水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德治疗儿童RSV感染相关喘息安全有效,可有效抑制气道炎症,加速缓解患儿临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide in the treatment of wheezing associated respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in children and its effect on serum inflammatory factors in children. Methods Seventy patients with wheezing related to RSV infection were selected from Pucheng County Hospital of Nanping City from January 2015 to January 2016. According to the random number table, the children were divided into study group and control group, 35 cases each. Children in the control group were treated routinely. The children in the study group were treated with inhalation of budesonide suspension on the basis of the control group, and the children in both groups were treated for 7 days. The clinical efficacy, respiration improvement time, wheezing relief time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Serum inflammatory factors [interleukin 4 (IL-4), interleukin 6 (IL-6), interleukin 10 (IL-10) Protein (CRP) levels]. Results The clinical efficacy of study group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Respiratory improvement, respite relief and hospital stay in study group were shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-4, IL-6, IL-10 and CRP between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group The level of IL-10 was higher in the control group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Budesonide is safe and effective in treating wheeze associated with RSV infection in children, which can effectively suppress airway inflammation and accelerate the clinical symptoms of children.
