我厂自制了两台单梁简易行车,1986年做了一台,跨度9.3米、吊重20吨;1987年做了一台,跨度6米,吊重3吨。两台都采用宽调速直流伺服电机驱动主行架,结构简单,制造方便,造价低,运行起动停止稳定,抖动现象小,运行至今尚好。1.电机特性宽调速直流伺服电机,是我厂与中国科学院共同研制的产品,曾获得国家科技成果奖。该电机的代号为S-CZK。特性:精度高、反应快、高的耦合刚度,力矩波动小,线性度高,低速出大力矩,热容量大,过载持续时间长等。2.行车驱动方式和结构行车结构很简单,用工字钢和两边横头轮座联
