本文探討了埃鉻黑T(EBT)及其一些金属络合物在NH_3以及在K_2CO_3緩冲溶液中,当不同量甲醇存在时的光吸收行为。据此,对一般用EBT比色测定M_g~(++)及Zn~(++)的方法提出改进。其主要操作为测量在pH=11K_2CO_3緩冲液中及含大量甲醇时的試剂空白溶液与被测离子溶液在665mμ处的清光差。此法尚可用以测定Cu~(++)或Cd~(++)。此法对这些离子的测定灵敏度分別为0.02γ/ml Mg,0.025γ/ml Zn,0.04γ/ml Cu及0.05γ/ml Cd。
In this paper, the light absorption behavior of EGCB and some metal complexes in NH 3 and K 2 CO 3 buffer solutions was investigated when different amounts of methanol were present. Based on this, the methods of using EBT colorimetric determination M_g ~ (++) and Zn ~ (++) are proposed. The main operation is to measure the difference between the reagent blank solution and the measured ion solution at 665mμ in pH = 11K_2CO_3 buffer and a large amount of methanol. This method can be used to determine Cu ~ (++) or Cd ~ (++). The sensitivity of this method to these ions was 0.02 γ / ml Mg, 0.025 γ / ml Zn, 0.04 γ / ml Cu and 0.05 γ / ml Cd, respectively.
