目的:比较不同产区川泽泻中6种人体必需微量元素的含量差异。方法:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸溶解消化方法进行样品处理,用原子吸收分光光谱法测定锌、铁、锰、铜、镍、铬的含量,使用DPS6.5软件对川泽泻中微量元素之间的相关性进行分析。结果:川泽泻中含有较高的锰、铜、锌、铁和较少的镍和铬;含量的高低顺序为锰>铁>锌>铜>镍>铬;各产区泽泻中所含不同微量元素的高低顺序不同,差异也较大;除五通桥区的泽泻样品外,锌、铜、镍和铬的含量为老产区高于新基地;铁和锰含量为新基地高于老产区。微量元素含量间具有显著的相关性,锌与铜、镍;铜与镍;铁与锰呈极显著的正相关,铁与铬呈显著正相关,而锌与铁、锰;铜与锰;铁与镍;锰与镍呈负相关。结论:6种微量元素与泽泻的药效具有直接或者辅助的功效,且不同产区间含量差异较大,可为不同产区川泽泻质量评价提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in the content of six essential trace elements in the Alisma orientalis from different producing areas.
