目的:比较不同产区川泽泻中6种人体必需微量元素的含量差异。方法:采用浓硝酸-高氯酸溶解消化方法进行样品处理,用原子吸收分光光谱法测定锌、铁、锰、铜、镍、铬的含量,使用DPS6.5软件对川泽泻中微量元素之间的相关性进行分析。结果:川泽泻中含有较高的锰、铜、锌、铁和较少的镍和铬;含量的高低顺序为锰>铁>锌>铜>镍>铬;各产区泽泻中所含不同微量元素的高低顺序不同,差异也较大;除五通桥区的泽泻样品外,锌、铜、镍和铬的含量为老产区高于新基地;铁和锰含量为新基地高于老产区。微量元素含量间具有显著的相关性,锌与铜、镍;铜与镍;铁与锰呈极显著的正相关,铁与铬呈显著正相关,而锌与铁、锰;铜与锰;铁与镍;锰与镍呈负相关。结论:6种微量元素与泽泻的药效具有直接或者辅助的功效,且不同产区间含量差异较大,可为不同产区川泽泻质量评价提供理论依据。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences in the content of six essential trace elements in the Alisma orientalis from different producing areas. Methods: Samples were treated by concentrated nitric acid-perchloric acid digestion method. The contents of zinc, iron, manganese, copper, nickel and chromium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The trace elements in Rhizoma Zedorrhizae were detected using DPS6.5 software. The correlation between them was analyzed. Conclusion: The six kinds of trace elements and the efficacy of Alisma orientalis have direct or auxiliary effects, and there are great differences in the contents of different production areas, which can provide theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of Alisma orientale in different producing areas.
