在乌赫金分院特种建筑结构组与NOCMH共同研制了一种临时修复的工艺和装置,该装置在北方石油管线的修复中得到了应用。该密封方法与石油管道修复中现有的方法比,具有以下优点;当石油和空气的残余应力接近0.1MPa时能保证移动稳定性:在整个过程中带有工艺控制能可靠地保证局部密封用于制造电弧工作区间;安全且清洁卫生。这时无论是石油管道的结构,还是修复处的成分都不会改变,而且此工艺也不会影响管道装置的使用寿命。
