图书馆生存和发展都必须依靠各种资源来维持其生存发展,人力资源是这些资源当中最重要的资源之一,如果忽视了,并且不合理的开发和利用就不能发挥图书馆的实际效用,事实上图书馆是学生学习知识的巨大的宝库,能够帮助学生源源不断的获取知识。高素质专业的高校人才队伍就代表了高校的人力资源管理水平相对比较高,这样就为高校图书馆的发展打下了良好的基础,图书馆的各种能力也就会相对的比较高。本文主要是分析了高校校图书馆人力资源管理的作用,通过调查高校图书馆人力资源管理的一些具体情况,根据这些问题提出相应的解决方法。
Library survival and development must rely on various resources to maintain their survival and development. Human resources are one of the most important resources among these resources. If they are ignored and unreasonable development and utilization can not play the actual utility of the library, In fact, the library is a tremendous treasure trove for students to learn knowledge, which can help students to acquire a steady stream of knowledge. High-quality professional college personnel team on behalf of the higher level of human resources management is relatively high, so that for the development of university libraries has laid a good foundation, the library’s ability will be relatively high. This article mainly analyzes the function of human resource management in university library. By investigating some specific conditions of human resource management in university library, we put forward corresponding solutions according to these problems.
