甘肃环县车道坡的车道组中-上部紫红色、砖红色薄层-中层泥质灰岩内发现了介形类化石,计8属12种,其中4新属8新种。环县车道组中的介形类化石。除Primitia symmetrica在我国浙江中奥陶统砚瓦山组发现过外,余均系首次在我国发现,其中的一些老属种均产于北美中奥陶统,与新属种相近似的一些属种也是北美奥陶纪或早志留世常见的类型。结合共生的头足类、三叶虫等化石的已知产出层位,笔者认为含介形类化石岩层时代为中奥陶世,与浙江的砚瓦山组、湖北的宝塔组等地层可以对比。
