目的观察颞骨岩部耳蜗、上半规管、前庭等和内听道的空间位置关系,为内听道手术中保护周边重要结构提供解剖基础。方法16具(32侧)甲醛固定的正常成人头颅标本,磨除内听道表面骨质,并暴露耳蜗、上半规管、前庭等,进行测量。结果内听道中点至耳蜗距离为(5.79±1.12)mm,至前庭距离为(9.91±1.42)mm,至上半规管距离为(10.08±1.22)mm。结论在内听道手术中,注意这些数据对避免伤及周围重要结构有参考意义。
Objective To observe the spatial relationship of the cochlea, superior semicircular canal, vestibular cavity and internal auditory canal in the temporal bone and petroclival region, and to provide anatomical basis for the protection of the surrounding important structures in the process of internal auditory canal surgery. Methods Sixteen (32 sides) formalin-fixed normal adult skull specimens were ground off and the cochlea, upper semicircular canal, vestibule, etc. were exposed for measurement. Results The distance from the midpoint of auditory canal to the cochlea was (5.79 ± 1.12) mm, the distance to the vestibule was (9.91 ± 1.42) mm, and the distance to the superior semicircular canal was (10.08 ± 1.22) mm. Conclusions In internal auditory canal surgery, pay attention to these data for reference to avoid injury to the surrounding important structures.
